The research has been growing and with each study we have learned more about the significant benefits of a gratitude practice. The findings note that giving thanks and counting blessings can help people lower stress, sleep better and improve interpersonal relationships. This gratitude journal was created as an avenue to this type of practice and provides the opportunity to reflect on gratitude with ease and fun! As with everything, it’s best to practice gratitude in a way that resonates with you. Whether that includes recording your gratitude every morning and night, or picking up the journal once a week (or once a month!), my intent while creating this journal was for it to support you in celebrating and reflecting on all the good in your life and to keep it growing.
