INCORPORATING WEIGHT TRAINING AS A PRACTICE. As an already admitted non-gym rat, weight training and lifting are something I had no interest in. However, as I grew older and learned about the benefits of weight-bearing exercises and activities for wellness and longevity, I couldn’t help but add it to my grounding practices. I have grown to love feeling the strength of my physical form in this way!
