What is Grounded Practice?

GROUNDED PRACTICE is any practice that supports you in connecting to your body, environment, and spirit  in a loving and tangible way. As I begin this new year and new blog series my intent is to share practices that have supported me in getting out of my head and into my body via words, offerings, and resources. In reflection, each practice is connected through three primary practices; movement, nourishment and flow.
