We've got the whole world, in our hands...

October 8, 2018 emily koch

I opened the text to Chapter 39 and this message today, then opened the paper to the IPCC report on climate change. Written somewhere in the sixth century BC this text presents a teaching still relevant today (possibly more than ever) an understanding of what desire, shine, and separation from the truth of our wholeness can create. And the reminder that when we sit quietly with ourselves, we can see the Tao luminous in us, and in others and throughout our world. Separation diminishes, desires diminish, and peace and connection grow. May we all work to see the light in one another, to sit in contentment and let the Tao shine harmoniously within us, and out from us, to bring harmony onto our world. 🙏♥️🌿
